Weekly Discussions & Meditation : Join us every Wednesday evening from 7 PM to 8 PM for member-led discussions, featuring a brief service, meditation, and a 20-minute meditation session. These services are open to practitioners of all levels, offering a supportive environment to cultivate mindfulness and inner peace.
Monthly Dharma Talks: On the first Wednesday of every month, we are honored to host a Dharma talk led by Sensei Morris Sullivan. These talks are insightful explorations of Buddhist teachings, providing guidance and inspiration for our spiritual journey. Join us at 7 PM as Sensei Sullivan shares his wisdom and practical insights derived from the Dharma.
Special Ceremonies and Retreats: Throughout the year, we organize special ceremonies and retreats that offer opportunities for deeper immersion into our local Buddhist culture. These events are designed to foster community connection and personal growth, helping us to apply the teachings of Buddhism in our daily lives.
Other Activities & Announcements:
Sensei Morris will be leading a reading group that will begin Thursday, May 30, 2024 and occur every Thursday through August 22nd by Zoom each week. The reading is the Threefold Lotus Sutra by Kato and A Guide to he threefold Lotus Sutra by Niwano. Please email us at VBuddhistFellowship@gmail.com if you would like to join the group.

Community Gatherings: Our temple hosts various community gatherings, such as potluck dinners and seasonal celebrations, where members can come together in fellowship and mutual support. These gatherings strengthen our bonds and create a warm, inclusive atmosphere for everyone.
